Understanding TCS Wellness Package
What is TCS Wellness Package?
Unhealthy lifestyle, hereditary health diseases and stress can gradually take a toll on our health. Warning signs of common conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), heart attack, diabetes and stroke are often missed and could lead to serious consequences at later stages in life. Early detection can give you the best chance of fighting the disease off with no or minimum complications.
Comprehensive Gold Full Body Checkup Package is tailored in such a way that it captures early warning signs of several masked diseases in the body. The package provides a comprehensive range of tests that check your liver & kidney function, blood sugar, thyroid status, lipid profile, blood counts, important vitamins and minerals, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). It also covers C-Reactive Protein, Rheumatoid Factor, Hepatitis B test, peripheral smear examination, and detailed urine examination inclusive of creatinine & microalbumin.
Overall, the package includes all the goodness of the ‘Comprehensive Silver Full Body Checkup Package’ and additionally provides tests that diagnose and monitor common conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, Hepatitis B and urinary disorders. Rheumatoid arthritis – nowadays prevalent in both adults as well as elderly – is diagnosed through Rheumatoid Factor test at an early stage, and can help prevent it from worsening. Similarly, while our country commonly witnesses fatal cases of hepatitis B infection, most people remain unaware of the infection initially, which is why its early diagnosis becomes crucial.
This package – a part of our ‘premium range’ of diagnostic tests – can be ordered once every 6 to 12 months or as recommended by your doctor. Once you book the package, 100% vaccinated professionals will collect samples from the comfort of your home, which will undergo processing in certified labs that match the NABL quality standards.

Vitamin B12
The Vitamin B12 test measures your vitamin B12 levels. Vitamin B12 is essential for various health aspects, such as maintaining a healthy nervous system, making red blood cells, and creating the genetic material of our cells. Low vitamin B12 levels are more likely to occur in older adults, children, vegans, vegetarians, people with diabetes, individuals who underwent gastric bypass surgery, women who are breastfeeding, and in conditions that impact absorption of this vitamin, like Crohn’s disease. Higher vitamin B12 levels seen in pateint on vitamin suplement does not need treatment as excessive vitamin B12 is usually removed through the urine. However, some conditions, such as liver diseases and myeloproliferative disorders, can cause an increase in vitamin B12 levels, thereby affecting blood cell production.
